Children and Young People (Employment) Standards 2011 - Australian Capital Territory

Service summary

You must comply with this standard if you operate a business in the Australian Capital Territory and you intend to employ people that are under the age of 18. The standards are split into two sections:

  • A section that applies to all children and young people under the age of 18; and
  • A section that only applies to children and young people under the age of 15.
