You will need to comply with this code if you intend to produce a video recording for a commercial purpose that uses a live animal. This code provides general guidelines on the minimum standards of management and care of animals used in the production of films. The code applies to videos produced for:

  • television
  • recreational or educational purposes
  • the internet.
