Standards for Conditions of Exclusion of People - Public Pools - Australian Capital Territory

Service summary

You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to operate a pool facility that is open to the public. The standards outline the requirements that must be complied with in regards to excluding a person access to a pool facility, including:

  • The period of exclusion;
  • The severity of the behaviour that is grounds for exclusion;
  • Notification of the exclusion; and
  • Record keeping.
