Standards for Conditions of Entry and Removal - Public Pools - Australian Capital Territory

Service summary

You will be required to display the rules outlined in this standard if you intend to operate a pool facility that is open to the public. These rules must be displayed at the point of entry to the pool facility and also within the facility in a central location. The rules cover:

  • Health and hygiene requirements;
  • Minimum age of entry without adult supervision;
  • Requirements for assistance animals; and
  • Behaviour requirements.
