Service summary

You will require this registration if you intend to operate a thoroughbred racing club and hold race meetings in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). A race club promotes, conducts or controls a horse racing meeting or meetings. All race meetings will need to be approved by the Agency and will be kept on a register.
