Sound Recording Reproduction Licence Agreement - Australian Government

Description

You will need this licence to reproduce (i.e. dub or copy) music or sound recordings controlled by any of the members of the Australian Record Industry Association Limited (ARIA).

Copyright applies to sound recordings regardless of the source of the recording, even if you download a recording from a legitimate internet site or copy it from a commercially available CD that you have purchased.

This licence covers the sound recording only. Please note that depending on the nature of your activities you may also be required to hold a licence with the Australasian Performing Right Association. It is recommended that you discuss your licensing needs with all Agencies prior to applying.
