You will require this licence if you intend to manufacture a narcotic substance at a specified premises. You will also be required to apply for a permit to manufacture a narcotic substance, which specifies the quantity of the nominated narcotic substance that the you will be able to manufacture. A permit is required for each narcotic substance you intend to manufacture.
