Australia-United States Defence Trade Cooperation Treaty - Australian Government

Service summary

You will be required to comply with this Treaty if you are involved in the export of controlled goods.

The Treaty is intended to provide guidelines, standards and improve efficiency of two-way transfers between Australia and the US by facilitating the export of controlled goods, such as firearms, without the need for an export licence.
