Application for European Union and US Dairy Quotas - Australian Government

Service summary

You will be required to apply for a dairy quota if you intend to export dairy products to the United States or a member State of the European Union.

This quota allocation approval authorises dairy manufacturers to export a set maximum amount of dairy produce from specified dairy categories (such as milk/cream, condensed milk, butter and cheddar) to the United States or the European Union without having to pay tariffs.
