You will require this licence if you intend to construct and operate an infrastructure facility in the licence area. An infrastructure facility may relate to petroleum or a greenhouse gas substance.
Note that this licence applies to all locations where a production licence is granted where infrastructure is required.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
Your application must contain detailed information including, but not limited to, information about:
- Your proposed facilities;
- Technical capacity;
- Financial capacity;
- Data and reports from surveys in regards to the proposed infrastructure;
- Your development schedule;
- Technical and commercial arrangements with any closely associated production licence; and
- Your proposed infrastructure development plan.
