You may be required to comply with this Code if you intend to produce a publication, film, video or computer game that is intended for distribution within Australia.

Every film, video and computer game that is distributed in Australia, whether it is produced locally or comes from overseas, has to be classified by the Agency before it can be made available to the public. Some publications are also required to be classified.
