Service summary

You will be required to comply with this code if you intend to transport authorised Commonwealth explosives by road or rail. An authorised Commonwealth explosive is one that is included in the attached List of Authorised Commonwealth Explosives.

This code provides a uniform basis for the transporting of explosives. The code is applicable for both civilian and military explosives transport. This code is also referred to as the AE or Australian Explosives code.
