You will require this licence if you intend to hold imported goods subject to Customs control and / or unpack these goods from receptacles, such as containers. This licence is also required for the holding and / or packing into receptacles of goods that are intended for export and are subject to Customs control. Please note that goods can only be held for a limited time.

- The location, security and accessibility of the proposed site of the depot; and
- The reporting, record-keeping and management of the operation.
