Description

You will require this permit of you operate a foreign registered fishing vessel and intend to enter the Australian Fishing Zone and access Australian ports.

You will not require this permit if you have been issued with a Foreign Fishing Boat Licence.

The Australian Fishing Zone generally extends 200 nautical miles outward from the coast of Australia.
