The ten standards in summary are:
- Maximum weekly hours of work
- Requests for flexible working arrangements
- Parental leave and related entitlements
- Personal/carers leave and compassionate leave
- Notice of termination and redundancy pay
- Provision of a Fair Work Information Statement.
