Service summary

You will require this licence if you intend to play copyrighted music on your commercial transport. This licence covers the following forms of music usage:

  • playing background music on your vehicle or vessel
  • copying music for playback on devices (including CDs, mobiles and tablets).

You may require further licensing for use of music in your company's head office. Please note that there are different licensing regimes in Australia regarding the reproduction and playing of music and music videos that are protected by copyright.

This licence covers only the use of music in transport vehicles and vessels themselves.
