Tobacco Information Standard - Australian Government

Description

You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to supply or sell tobacco products. Tobacco products include processed tobacco, and any product that contains tobacco that is manufactured to be used for smoking, sucking, chewing or snuffing and is not included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.

A tobacco product sold through retail sale must be in retail packaging when it is sold. Retail packaging must meet the requirements set out in this standard, including carrying health warning information and graphics.
