National Standards for Disability Services - Australian Government

Description

You must comply with these standards if you operate a disability service. A disability service is any service that provides employment services and rehabilitation programs for people with disability.

These standards outline the minimum requirements for:

  • providing individuals with rights
  • providing meaningful participation and active inclusion in society
  • building individual strengths and enabling goals to be reached
  • feedback and complaints
  • service access
  • service management.
