Description

Note that this standard has been updated and you will need to meet the requirements set out in Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents - Current from 1 March 2022.

You must comply with this Code of Conduct if you are a registered migration agent. The code will tell you how you must:

  • interact with clients
  • communicate your fees and charges
  • keep records and handle money
  • work with other agents and employees
  • respond to client complaints.

Failure to comply with the code can result in disciplinary action ranging from a caution to cancellation of your licence.
