Restricted Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence - AG - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to work on refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) equipment and you are unable to meet the conditions for the grant of a full Refrigerant Handling Licence.

This licence entitles you to only undertake specified work in relation to RAC equipment. Specified work means any activities that are listed on your licence, which are typically issued for one or a small number of related activities.

Some types of activities this licence permits you to undertake include working:

in RAC equipment manufacturing plants
on off-shore oil drilling platforms
on RAC equipment in the areas of aviation, maritime or transport refrigeration.

supply details about relevant training and experience
have completed an eligible competency based training course.
