Enclosure Permit for Roads or Watercourses on Crown Land - New South Wales

Description

If you have a Crown road within or next to your property and you want to fence it within your land for grazing, you will need an enclosure permit. The enclosure permit lets you graze the land but doesn't give you exclusive possession or ownership of the Crown road. You'll still need to keep the Crown road available for access.

If you hold two or more permits, you can apply for an amalgamation of permits if the permits are held in the same name and within the same locality.
