Service summary

You will require this approval if you intend to set up, operate or use a loudspeaker or sound amplifying device on community land (e.g. amplifiers, microphones, wireless receiving or broadcasting sets). A sound amplifying device may be set up, operated or used on community land without prior approval if the Council has erected a notice on the land.
