Prohibited Weapons - Heirloom Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to possess a prohibited weapon which has been inherited. Please refer to the Schedule 1 Prohibited Weapons document for a full list of prohibited weapons in NSW. There are no restrictions on the type of prohibited weapons which may be authorised by this permit. However, you must be able to prove that you have inherited the weapon and that it has sentimental value.
