Approval to Use an Overpack to Transport Dangerous Goods - New South Wales

Description

You may need this approval if you intend to transport dangerous goods by preparing and using an overpack.

Dangerous goods are substances or articles that present an immediate hazard to people, property or the environment, including explosives, gases, flammable liquids and radioactive substances.

Overpack means packaging (other than large packaging) used to hold and consolidate packages of goods into a single unit for easier handling and stowage (e.g. a pallet designed to hold packages or a box or crate into which packages are placed).
