Timber Licence - New South Wales

Service summary

You will require this licence if you intend to take timber obtained from a State Forest.

Please note that timber cannot be taken from a flora reserve (land set aside for the preservation of native plants) unless the conditions of the licence are in accordance with the working plan for the flora reserve or the Minister approves the specific application.

  • describe the area from which the timber is to be removed from
