Retail Supplier's Licence (Water) - New South Wales

Description

You will need this licence to supply water (potable or non-potable) or provide sewerage services by means of water industry infrastructure (e.g. supply drinking water to customers).

Water industry infrastructure is used for the production, treatment, filtration, storage, conveyance or reticulation of water or sewerage.

Approval entails membership of an external ombudsman scheme to deal with disputes and complaints involving small retail customers. You will also be required to implement relevant government policies in relation to water accessibility.
