Lease of State Forest Land - New South Wales

Service summary

You will require a lease if you intend to occupy land to carry out certain forestry operation located in a State forest. Please be aware that leases cannot be given to land larger than 40 hectares. Your lease may contain conditions requiring you to carry out work in connection with the silvicultural management of trees and forest products.
