Tattooing Show Permit - NSW - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this permit to conduct a tattooing show (whether on your own behalf or on behalf of another person).

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible for this permit, you must:

be an individual and at least 18 years of age
be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident (includes New Zealand citizens)
not be a controlled member of a declared organisation
not be a member of a prescribed criminal organisation or have been a member in the previous 12 months.
