Service summary

You will require this approval if you intend to cultivate land on a Western Lands lease for the purposes of grazing.

Cultivate activities include:

  • The preparation of the land for crops or gardening; and
  • Does not include any clearing of native vegetation, or clearing of state protected land.

Please be aware that there are circumstances where consent is not required.
