Permit to Sell Fish for Charitable Purposes - New South Wales

Service summary

You will require a permit if you intend to:

  • Sell fish, by auction for a charitable purpose; and / or
  • Take or possess fish, in connection with the sale of fish by auction for charitable purposes.

Please be aware that fish that have been raffled or auctioned must not be resold.

Fish must be captured lawfully and the rules on weight limits must be complied with. Monies raised must be donated to a nominated charity.
