Forest Materials Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to remove forest materials from State Forests. This includes any rock, stone, clay, shells, earth, sand, gravel or any like material.

Please note that materials cannot be taken from a flora reserve (land set aside for the preservation of native plants) unless the conditions of the licence are in accordance with the working plan for the flora reserve or the Agency approves the specific application.
