Off-shore Net and Line Fishery Licence - Northern Territory

Service summary

This fishery is presently limited entry and no new licences will be issued.

Existing licence holders may temporarily transfer (lease) or permanently transfer (sell) their licence on receiving the Director's approval. Existing licences are subject to a three for one transfer arrangement (eg applicants must buy three existing restricted licences, surrender them to Fisheries and be issued an unrestricted licence).

Any licence number within the 5000 series has already completed the three for one arrangement.
