Permission must also be obtained from Crown Land Estate and the relevant land council if an application for a permit involves Crown or Aboriginal Land. Please contact the Crown Land Department, Northern Land Council, or the Central Land Council if this is the case.

Applicants should contact the agency before lodging an application form. Each applicant and any nominees are required to submit a Statutory Declaration, stating whether or not he/she has been convicted of an offence under the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act.
