A Mineral Lease authorises the holder to mine minerals and for purposes ancillary to an existing mining title.

Applicants should be aware that the royalty provisions of the Mineral Royalty Act apply.

Application Fee: $862 (750 revenue units)
Annual Administration Fee: $230 (200 revenue units)
Annual Rent: $20 (17 revenue units)
In 2017/2018 - 1 Revenue Unit is equivalent to $1.15

Above Fees are all GST exempt

Advertising Cost: These costs will vary depending on the type of land tenure and location of the application area.
