Aquarium Trader Licence - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to sell and trade aquarium species as part of your business. The licence authorises holders to:

sell fish or aquatic life for use in an aquarium
purchase and keep live fish and aquatic life for the purpose of exhibiting them for profit.

Licence holders may only hold or sell fish except at premises specified by the licence.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
