Approval as a Manager of a Motor Vehicle Dealer - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this approval if you are a licensed motor vehicle dealer, and you intend to appoint a car yard manager. A car yard manager is responsible for the day-to-day conduct of business at the car yard.

You must obtain approval for each manager you recruit for each dealership you operate.

  • 18 or older
  • not bankrupt or have salary assigned to creditors
  • free of criminal records or charges for fraud, dishonesty or physical violence within the last 10 years
  • likely to be a fair and honest business manager.
