Internet Gaming Key Employee Licence - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to perform key duties in relation to internet gaming operations. Key duties include:

  • occupying or acting in a managerial position or carry out key managerial functions in relation to operations
  • controlling and influencing operations
  • occupying a position designated as a key position by the approved control system or the Director.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, you must:

  • intend to perform key duties in relation to an internet gaming licence
  • be 18 or older
  • provide a certificate signed by an internet gaming key employee licensee that certifies they intend to engage you and have done their own investigations regarding your probity and competency
  • have a sound and stable financial background
  • be of good repute
  • be a competent person to perform the duties required
  • be a suitable person to hold the licence
  • provide a written statement from a member of the NT Police Force verifying that you have had your fingerprints taken
  • provide written consent to allow the Director to obtain your criminal history report and information concerning your financial background.
