You will need this licence if you intend to repair or sell a fishing net which is classed a gill net (>65mm mesh size). The licence is for possession of the net. This licence does not permit the taking of fish.
Licence holders are only authorised to have possession of net material or nets at approved premises or when transporting them to or from approved locations.
