Commercial Passenger Vehicle drivers (Taxi, Minibus, Motor Omnibus etc.) are required to hold an 'h' (Hire or Reward) Endorsement (and certain vehicles also require a Commercial Passenger Vehicle Identification Card to be held by the driver) when carrying persons for any consideration or inducement.
