Description

You will require this licence if you intend to work as a pawnbroker or secondhand dealer.

A pawnbroker can lend money on the security of pawned items or take items under a contract for sale where the seller has a right to buy back the goods. A secondhand dealer can buy, sell or exchange secondhand goods, whether the goods are bought, sold or exchanged for yourself or on behalf of another person.
