Compliance Certificate - Swimming Pool Fencing Unit - Northern Territory

Service summary

Swimming pool builders or installers in the NT do not have to be licensed. However, new pools must be certified and compliant with the Swimming Pool Safety Act 2004.

On commencement of installation, installers should contact the Agency on 8924 3641 or visit www.lands.nt.gov.au/building/swimming-pool-fencing to submit the appropriate forms.

Pool owner's are required to complete the relevant forms, then contact the Agency on 8924 3641 to book an inspection for an Advisor to inspect the barrier to gain compliance.
