Permission to Sell Tickets in a Foreign Lottery - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to sell tickets in a foreign lottery. A foreign lottery is a lottery conducted outside the Northern Territory and is authorised and regulated by another country or Australian state.

The following conditions apply to all approvals:

  • tickets can only be sold for the purpose approved by the Minister
  • all proceeds from the lottery must be remitted from the Northern Territory.

Approval holders must submit monthly returns of tickets sold in the Northern Territory.
