Service summary

In accordance with the Land Title Act 1994, Land Act 1994 and Water Act 2000, this support service is provided to enable ready access to accurate and authoritative records of ownership and other registered interests in land and water allocations in Queensland and related title transactions.

Land and Water Allocation titles Registers are maintained by the department's Registrar of Titles. Searches can be conducted to ascertain current and historical registered interests in land and water allocations such as ownership and charges (for example, mortgages) as well as details of registered surveys of Queensland land parcels.

The registers are public records. No specific eligibility criteria apply, however, regulated fees are levied for provision of title information products.

Additional information
