Service summary

To apply for a special category 3 gaming licence you must intend to conduct a single art union for the welfare or benefit of:

  1. individuals who need help because of a disaster; or
  2. a disadvantaged individual.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

Duration

This licence remains in effect for 4 months.

Fees

No fees apply.

Application

To apply for a new licence submit the following to the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation:

  • Form 2C: Special category 3 gaming licence application.

Note: All applications must be lodged at least 28 days prior to the proposed commencement date of the game.


Transfer details

This licence cannot be transferred.
