Definition of terms

Home occupation

means premises used by persons, resident upon an allotment, for the conduct of a business, commercial or professional enterprise within a dwelling house on that allotment where such use does not exceed 50m2 in gross floor area, and where such use does not operate beyond the hours of 7.30am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am to 8.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
