Smart Service Queensland - The front door to Queensland Government Information and Services - Queensland

Service summary

Smart Service Queensland provides a one stop shop for Queensland Government information and services.  By providing a primary point of contact for the Queensland Government, you are able to conduct a range of transactions and access information and services through three primary delivery channels:

  • online
  • phone
  • in person: via the Queensland Government Agent Program and Queensland Government Service Centre.

This flexibility in service delivery means you can access government information and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service Counters

People in regional, rural and remote areas can visit one of our Queensland Government Service Centres located in Brisbane, Maroochydore and Cairns or one of the 80 QGAP offices throughout the state.

Integrated Contact Centre

Queenslanders are able to access government information and services and complete a number of transactions via one phone call to the Smart Service Queensland Integrated Contact Centre.

Experienced customer service advisors are trained to deliver specific services on behalf of the Queensland Government via the Integrated Contact Centre and phone line.

Queenslanders can access Smart Service Queensland 24/7 from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call*

Counters

Queenslanders are able to access government information and services and complete a number of transactions face-to-face with our experienced and knowledgeable counter staff via the:

  • Queensland Government Service Centre (QGSC)
  • Queensland Government Agent Program (QGAP)

This network of government service counters, located in regional, rural and remote communities across the state, provide vital face-to-face contact points for customers in areas where access to community services is limited.

Online

Rather than having to contact different departments to access information or services, or having to know which department does what, Queenslanders can go online to complete a range of transactions across the Queensland Government.
