Fossickers camping permit - Queensland

Description

You will need this permit if you are a commercial tour operator on certain designated fossicking land and fossicking areas where camping is regulated.

A commercial tour operator is any person or company who offers, agrees or arranges to conduct a commercial tour.

The camping permit does not authorise you to fossick. If you intend to fossick, you can purchase a fossicking licence online, from a regional and district office or from authorised licence agents.

Please be advised that camping on mining tenements requires the tenure holder's permission.
