Service summary

This service is offered to provide supplies of aerial photography and satellite imagery of Queensland.

Businesses can access all State-wide photography. The department maintains the Queensland Government Library of aerial photography and it is available on a scale of charges. Photographs are available to be:

  • borrowed
  • photographically or digitally reproduced
  • Series of Historical DVD dating from 1944.

The department also acts as a distributor for certain types of digital data from satellites such as LANDSAT.
