Accredited Traffic Controller Training Provider - Queensland

Service summary

To be accredited as traffic controller in Queensland, the person must complete a Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Approved Traffic Controller Training Course. The course must be delivered through a registered training organisation (RTO) approved by TMR to deliver the course. A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

Transferability

This approval cannot be transferred.

Duration

Licence agreements are issued from 1 July each year and are valid for 12 months. A pro rata licence fee is calculated for licences issued after 1 July each year.
