Description

You must comply with this code to sell by retail or distribute gas. The code contains procedures and duties in relation to:

  • the operation of the gas distribution system
  • connection of a customer's supply address to the distribution system
  • disconnection and reconnection
  • curtailment
  • customer dispute resolution.
